I recently returned from a 7 day Canada New England cruise on board the Holland America Maasdam ship.
Despite having lived in Canada for over 20 years, I have yet to visit the Maritime provinces, so I was both excited and eager to get on board and explore this other side of Canada!
We are a family of seven consisting of 2 grandparents, 4 adults, and one 6-year old child. For most of the ports of call, we reserved a rental car in advance (a minivan), that allows us to see the city and save on shore excursion costs.
