Emperor Fine Chinese Cuisine
Located on Bayview and 16th, Emperor Fine is in the midst of the Chinese population in Richmond Hill. I came here one night for a dinner event. It's a decent enough place for dinner, and the value is good, so if you're in the neighbourhood and is looking for a place to grab a bite, why not give Emperor a try.
